Originally from Moscow, Ms.Zinchenko started her professional career at age 12 as a contemporary dancer under the tutelage of Mr.Nikolay Ogruzko. At age 17, she was granted a full scholarship from Rotterdam Dance Academy (CODARTS) in the Netherlands - where she earned a Bachelor's in Dance studies. While in CODARTS, Ms.Zinchenko had the opportunity to work alongside leading choreographers including Ken Ossola, Anouk van Dijk, Emanuel Gat, Roy Assav, Andrea Miller, Poul Northon, Itzik Galili, Stephen Shropshire and Sharon Eyal. After eight years in Holland, Ms.Zinchenko was invited by renowned choreographer Ohad Naharin to join the reputable Batsheva Dance Company in Tel Aviv, Israel. While with Batsheva, she had been granted leading roles in more than 30 dance pieces, performing on dozens of stages all over the world. In 2013, Israeli-Born actress Natalie Portman had offered Zinchenko a role in her first film as a director, after seeing her at a live performance. Taking part in 'Story of Love and Darkness" had greatly inspired Zinchenko to bring her unique capabilities as a performing artist to the big screen. While dancing in shows is what enticed Ms. Zinchenko to become a performing artist, her success has been a result of a purpose driven life, strategically planned to bring the world of dance everywhere she goes. She is looking forward to new opportunities that will enable her to translate her unique set of skills to new mediums.
