Ross was educated at the British School of Paris and Westminster School. He read Spanish at Southampton University before studying acting at The Academy of Creative Training and RADA. He wrote and produced his first short film, Boiler, in collaboration with the London Film School and seasoned filmmaker Richard Kwietniowski.
